Inscription

They were amongst the first Lutheran immigrants from Prussia, arriving in S.A. on the barque "Prince George" in November 1838. Led by Pastor A. Kavel. Dedicated by their descendants as a memorial to their courage and faith as pioneers to Australia for the freedom of worship which they sought.
