She was the first wife of James Allen Hardy, Sr. They were married Apr. 19, 1908 in Duplin County, NC. Eights months after her death, he married her 16 year old sister, Myrtle. Her parents were Needham Tyndall Potter and Eliza Ditney Baker Potter. Her grandparents were Daniel Potter, Jr. and Elizabeth Tyndall. Great-granddaughter of Daniel Potter, Sr. and Mary Waters.
