Zephyrhills, Florida - August 11, 2019, King P. Coles, passed away, at his home, after a long illness. Born in Scottsville, New York, King was a proud carpenter and loved to do projects, including even building his own home. He also lived in Caledonia, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida for several years and enjoyed doing handyman work in those communities as well.
King is predeceased by his wives, Sara (Scott) and Eileen (Copeland); and brother, Garry (Carol) Coles.
King is survived by his children, James (Christie) Beamish, Lorie Matla (Stephen), Paul (Lori) Coles, son-in-law, Julian Matla (Carol). King had three grandchildren, Sarrah, Sophia and Michael. He is also survived by his brother, George (Helen) Coles; and several nieces and nephews.
Internment will be held at Oatka Cemetery in Scottsville, New York on Saturday, August 31st, at 10:00 a.m.
