Mrs. Elizabeth Robertson Chandler, 90, formerly of Stoneville passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Jacob’s Creek Nursing Home.

Mrs. Chandler was born in Madison on July 26, 1926, a daughter of William Joseph and Nannie Collins Robertson, both deceased.

She was retired from Burlington Industries.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Curbie Chandler, her daughter, Sarah Chandler and her 11 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Brown and husband Michael of Glade Valley, NC; her son-in-law, David Chatman of Stoneville; her grandchildren, Tina Dallas, Tonya Wilson, Robert “Charlie” Stout, Derek Brown; and her great grandchildren, Steven Wilson and Jonathan Dallas.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday before the service at Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home and other times at her residence in Stoneville. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Ridge-View Memorial Gardens.
