On January 17, 1996, at St. Boniface Hospital, our beloved mother Anais Rebiffe passed away at the age of 89.

She was predeceased by her husband Rene in 1980.

Anaïs was born in Notre Dame de Lourdes, March 6, 1906. Mother will always be remembered for her kind and caring ways.

She will be sadly missed by daughter Dolores (Fred) Kopochinski and their children, Lisa and Susan, son Hubert (Bernice) and children, Jeff, Steve, Michael. Elizabeth of White Rock, B.C., and son Armand (Joan) and children, Karen, Laura and Douglas, and five great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by her brothers, John Magne, Felix Magne of St. Claude, Man., and sister Yvonne Smith, and many nieces, nephews and relatives. Grandma will be greatly missed by special grandchildren, Lisa, Susan and Elizabeth who were very close to her.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 22, at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Vital Roman Catholic Church, 1629 Pembina Hwy. with Rev. Fr. Patrick Morand presiding. Interment will follow at Waverley Memorial Gardens.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of 6A Medicine at the St. Boniface Hospital for their caring ways.
