Tammy was born in Eden on July 31, 1963, a daughter of Sandra Hale and the late Carl Hale.
She loved the Carolina Tar Heels and the Dallas Cowboys.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Susan Hale.
Tammy is survived by her son, Joel Voss and wife Ellie of Ohio; her mother, Sandra Hale of Eden and her nephew, Jason Hale of Eden.
The family will receive friends at the home of Sandra Hale, in Eden. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 2 pm at Dan View Cemetery. Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family.
