Winona Cooper McNeil

Mrs. Winona Cooper McNeil, age 73. Sunday, April 13,1995.
Mrs McNeil was a member of the Jackson Park Church of Christ, a graduate of the School of Nursing at Mid-State Baptist Hospital and requistered with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
She served as Director for Nursing for twenty six years at the MIddle Tennnessee Chest Disease Hospital and also served as Director of Nursing at Trevecca Health Care Center and at the Hillhaven Convalescent Center.
She was a Member of Tennessee Byeses Aassociation, Tenn District 3.
She was a Vulunteer with Meals of Wheels and with the Davidson County Illiteracy Program for several years.

Preced in death by her husband, James M. McNeil, her father George Grady Cooper and a brother, Charles Marvin Cooper.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Van McNeil of Dallas, Texas and George Emmett McNeil of Pelgram, TN; daughters, Linda Anne (Sherman) Krantz of Ashland City, TN. and Jenny Dean (Joseph) Pewitt of Nashville, her mother, Ms. Daisy Dean Hawkins Cooper, sister, Virginia Aileen Stewart of Auburntown, TN. brothers, George Duane Cooper of Auburntown, TN. and Wendall H. Cooper of Nashville, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
Remains are at Phillips-Robinson Funeral HOme, 2707 Gallatin, Rd,where services will be conducted on Tuesday at 2p.m. April 25, 1995 with Jim Olive and Tim Frizzell officiating.
Visitation will be Monday from 2-9 p.m.
Pallbearers: Don Pewett,Charley Pewitt, James McNeil, Buford Powell, Charles Cooper Jr., David Frye and David Krantz.
Interment at Forest LAwn Memorial Gardens.
