Paul is preceded in death by, his grandmother Juanita Cano, his parents Johnnie and Helen Pena, and his brother Frankie Pena.
He is survived by his wife, Rosalie Pena, to whom he spent over 40 wonderful years with, his children Stephanie (Alejandro), Jessica (Jarrod) and Thomas "TJ" (Patricia), his five grandchildren: Adrian, Evan, Jayce, Josiaah, and Jaylee, in addition to his siblings, Mary, Joann, Ralph and Dolores.
Paul was a remarkable husband, father, grandfather, brother and soldier.
He served our country for 40 years in the US Army and NM Army National Guard, in which he honorably retired. He graduated with his Masters in International Service and was also a graduate of the War College (Inter-American Defense College).
