Thomas "TJ" James McNichols, Sr. was born to Tammie Lee Robinson and Thomas G. McNichols on September 10, 1993 in Dayton, Ohio. He was called home on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the age of 25 years old. TJ attended Paul Laurence Dunbar High School and was a certified forklift driver. He worked for MFG assigned to Mancore. He played sports, loved watching his cartoons and was a diehard Cincinnati Bengals fan. He LOVED spending time with his children and nieces and nephews; he was a true family man. There was never a dull moment with him around and he kept a smile on his face. TJ had plans of going back to school for HVAC. He had a deep love for singing and making music. He was a true provider and protector of his children and his family. He was the little brother who always thought he was the oldest of the siblings. He was a "gentle giant" as his aunt, Donna, always called him. He was also his father's "only son." HE WILL BE MISSED! TJ was preceded in death by his mother, Tammie Robinson; maternal grandparents, Norma Jean Robinson and Herbert James Cook, Sr.; his paternal grandparents, Thomas Gene McNichols, Sr. and Mary McNichols; and uncle, Anthony Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Thomas James McNichols, Jr. (Daddio), La'Niya McNichols, Tristan Harris, and Jayla McNichols; his father, Thomas Gene McNichols, Jr. (Shelley); sisters, Whitney BlackshearRobinson, Finesse McNichols, Tamika Wyatt, Porsha McNichols, and Jamila McNichols; nieces and nephews; Nevaeh Hicks, Amariey Blackshear, Ja'Moni Hopkins-Russell, Bryon Brown, Ta'Mya Tuck, Amari Mack, Derrick Goodwin, Jr., Dairion Marshall, and Mason Miller; special cousins, Donyea Robinson, Daraquan "Dooder" McNichols, DeCenta Brown, and DeAaron Jones; bestfriends, Jessica Cade and Rosie Howard, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
