She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Julius Fields (1918-1999) and Mary Fields (1921-2003) and brother, Melvin Earl Fields (1943-2007).
She is survived by her brother, Richard Fields and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 10-11 AM at Elmwood Chapel Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 11 AM at Elmwood Cemetery.
