Dorothy, age 88, died at Austin Medical Center. She was the daughter of Charles and Genieve (Chaplin) Nesfield. She graduated from high school in Bonilla and received a teaching degree at USD at Springfield, South Dakota. She married Arthur Verlin Horn on September 26, 1942, in Pipestone, Minnesota. She married James McNeill in 1991 in Rapid City, South Dakota.
She is survived by her sons, Doug Horn and Rick Horn, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, and her sister, Lefa Palmer.
Funeral services were held at Welter Funeral Home. Burial was in Altoona Cemetery in rural Hitchcock.
