She was born February 16, 1930 in Randolph County, AR to the late Charles Ernest and Eva Dawson Riggs.
Mrs. Mullins was a member of Cookeville Freewill Baptist Church.
She was retired from Hollywood Markets in Rochester, MI.
She is survived by two sons, Dan Daniel and wife Kathy of Cape Coral, FL, Ken Daniel and wife Vila of Caledonia, MI; daughter, Carolyn Lemaster and husband Buddy of Hermitage, TN; sister, Dorothy Bugbee of Saginaw, MI; three brothers, Lehman Riggs and wife Jean of Cookeville, James Riggs of New Port Richey, FL, Col. Dewight Riggs USA (Ret.) and wife Cathy of Columbia, SC; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband and father to her children, Doyle Daniel; second husband, Thomas Smotherman; and third husband, Claude Mullins; five sisters, Geneva Miller, Lena Mitchner, Eileen Dalton, Madelyn Whittaker, and Ernestine Riggs; and brother, Raymond Riggs.
