Born April 24, 1926, in Crawford County, she was the daughter of the late Jess and Della Goodson.
She was the owner/operator of the old Johnson's Furniture Co. in English.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Johnson.
Survivors include a son, Randy Johnson of Orleans; a daughter, Rita Cummings of Taswell; a sister, Gertie Oskin of Georgetown; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Saturday, June 30, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Sunday, July 1, after 9 a.m. at Denbo Funeral Home in English.
Funeral: Sunday, July 1, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Harned Chapel Cemetery.
