Besides his widow Judge Giltner leaves three children. Mrs, Sally G. Hughes and Mrs. Jennie G. Gabel of Coffeyville, and P. M. Giltner of Russelville, Ark. All were present at the bedside when Mr. Giltner passed away except the son, who arrived here from his home Monday morning
The funeral services were held at the home Monday afternoon at three o'clock Rev. H. M. Markley, pastor of the First Presbyterian church conducted the services. Burial was made in Elmwood cemetery.
Judge Giltner was an old resident of Coffeyville and practice law here until a few years ago when he retired. He formerly had an office over the Junction Drug store."
