Mrs. Norma (Igney) Ham, 47, former local resident, of Columbus, OH, died at 2 PM on Thursday in University Hospital in Columbus. Born in Clinton County, she was a graduate of Frankfort High School and a member of First Baptist Church in Frankfort. In 1950, she was married to Joe Ham, who survives. Also surviving are two sons; her mother, Mrs. Irene Igney; and one sister.
