Mrs. William H. Alwes 66 of 8216 National Turnpike, died at 10:55 a.m. Thursday in the parking lot of Ramanda Inn on Plantside Drive. Deputy Cornoner Sue Wurst said death apparently was due to a heart attack.
She was the former Reita Belle Kelley and a member of the Yorktown Baptist Church.
Survivors beside her husband, include three daugthters, Mrs. Patricia Ann McDowell of Bowling Green, Mrs. Martha Jean Capps
of Indianapolis and Mrs. Nancy Carole Carter; a son, Richard A. Alwes of Arlington, Va.: and eight grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Evergreem Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home will be after noon Friday.
