Services for A. M. Quails, 75, of 2SOO Abilene St., Brownwood, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Morelock Funeral Home with Rev. C. G. Fusion officiating. Burial will be In Greenleaf Cemetery. He died Wednesday at Brownwood Community Hospital after a short illness. Mr. Qualls was born Oct 24, 1899, in Alabama and lived 34 years in Brown County. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Pentecostal church. He married Flossie May Gober in Brownwood in 1949. Survivors include his wife; seven daughters, Mrs. Bill McGee and Mrs. Ray Bishop, both of Kingsland; Mrs. J. Lee Enzoe of Bronte; Mrs. Frank Matthews of Vernon; and Mrs. Calvin Miller, Mrs. Juanell Carlisle and Mrs. Leona Reynolds, all of Brownwood; five sons, Marvin Qualls, George W. Simmons, Melvin Qualls and John W. Gober, all of Brovmwood, and Johnny Qualls of Fort Worth; a sister, Mrs. Sam Roberts of Lubbock; four brothers, Roy Qualls of Prague, Okla., Clarance Quails of Pampa, Ben Qualls of Dover, Ark., and Leonard C. Qualls of Seymour; many grandchildren and several great- grandchildren.
