Edgar Beauchamp, Jr., a resident and native of Baton Rouge, died at 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 62 and a U.S. Air Force and Army veteran.
Visiting at New Rising Sun Baptist Church until religious service, conducted by the Rev. Michael Otkins of Mount Hope Baptist Church, Denham Springs. Interment in Richardson Cemetery. Arrangements by Winnfield Funeral Home.
Survived by his wife, Diane M. Beauchamp; three daughters, Debra Sterling, Shamone St. Cyr and Shaunté Beauchamp; three sisters, Gloria Beauchamp, Dorothy Rogers and Patricia Jackson; three brothers, Calvin Beauchamp, Darrell Beauchamp and Tyrone Beauchamp; and seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
