Ms. Carolyn Mae Justice Wallace, 64, from Jackson County, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, while in the care of Rachel Justice-Rackler, at her residence. She was born October 24, 1954 in Hammond, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Harvey “Gentry” and Flossie Justice. She was the sister to Eddie Justice as well as her late brothers, Harace “Horace” Justice, Harvey Justice, “Jr”., and Joseph “Joe” Justice. Carolyn was the mother to her late son, Charles Raymond David Yate “Chucky”.
She is survived by her sister in laws, Pam Justice, Deborah Justice, Dawn Wesser-Justice, and Lynn Justice along with 5 grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Bohanon officiating. Interment will follow at Skyline Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
