Barbara Kirkpatrick Virginia Beach - Barbara Richards Kirkpatrick, 83, passed peacefully from this world Saturday, March 12. She was comforted by her husband of sixty-three years, Hollis Kirkpatrick. Barbara was preceded in her death by her son, Kevin, in 2007. She is survived by Hollis and their four children: Ivan Kirkpatrick and his wife Haide, Laura Hartert and husband Wolfgang, Shone and Nancy Kirkpatrick, and Deirdre and Paul Fisher. She has fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Bobbie Jean was a working mother/teacher and later became a very successful real estate agent. She and Hollis retired to their home in Lago Mar which became a summer magnet for grandkids near and far. She was dearly loved by all and though missed, she will forever live in our memories.
