J. Kathryn Pletcher, 61, Rockwood RD 2, died Jan. 15, 1980, at Meyersdale Community Hospital. She was born March 14, 1918, in Middlecreek Twp., and was a daughter of the late William N. and Dora Belle (Berg) Gary. She was preceded in death by two daughters and five brothers. She is survived by her husband, Frank A., and the following children: Larry N., Rockwood RD 3; Edmund E., St. Mary's W. Va.; Frank A. Jr. and Patricia J., Rockwood RD 2; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was a sister of Amos Gary and Mrs. Herbert (Sara) Gross, both of Rockwood RD 2; Mrs. Arden Critchfield, Champion RD 1; Mrs. Earl Ansell, Rockwood RD 3; and Mrs. Oliver Moore, Roggers, Ohio. She was a member of the Kingwood Rebekah Lodge and the Wesleyan Holiness Church, New Lexington. Friends were received in the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, where funeral services were conducted with the Rev. C. H. Hildreth officiating. Interment, Scullton Cemetery.
