Mrs. Susan Schrepple, aged 82 years, of Gordon, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gussie Paul, of that place, early yesterday morning from the effects of a lingering illness resulting from the complications incident to old age. The deceased was born at Mount Union, Huntingdon county, and moved to Gordon when a small girl. She resided there up to the time of her death. Her husband died twenty-nine years ago. For the past twenty-four years Mrs. Schrepple has made her home with her daughter. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church. Besides the daughter, with whom she made her home, the deceased is survived by two sons, Edward and William Schrepple, both of Gordon. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of Mrs. Paul, with the burial being made in Fountain Springs cemetery.
