The Allen County was retired from the Insurance Bureau. She was a member of Barren River Baptist Church and a member of Eastern Star Harmony Chapter in Louisville. She was a daughter of the late Willie Renick and Pauline Duff Renick. She was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Renick; and three brothers, Glendal, Bobby and Donald Renick.
Survivors include her husband, Douglas Webb Sykes; three sisters, Linda Haven and Dorothy Allen and her husband, Carlton, all of Scottsville, and June Tabor and her husband, Vernon, of Portland, Tenn.; two sisters-in-law, Polly Renick of Scottsville and Barbara Renick of Oakland; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at the Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, with burial in the Smiths Grove Cemetery.
