He was born May 10, 1940 in Caldwell, to Clarence and Amy (Thompson) Leasure and spent the better part of his life in Akron.
Preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, he is survivied by his wife, Patricia (Sunnafrank) Leasure of the home; daughters, Jolene (Howard) Harpley, Lisa (David) Mellinger, and Linda Ratliff all of Akron; sons Tony, (Mary Kay) Sarchet of Jacksonville, Fla., Rex Sarchet of Indiana, and Gary Leasure of Akron; sisters, betty Davis of Cambridge and Margaret Van Fossen of Whipple; brother, Thoburn Leasure of Akron; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Cora (Wilmer) Mitchell of Cambridge; sister-in-law, Greta Kenney (Joe Perry) of Barberton.
