"Larry" Beaver was the last child Kathryn and John Beaver had that was born at home. He was born David Lawrence Beaver on December 10, 1942 in Kokomo, Indiana. He formerly worked for Accurate Parts in Kokomo and was a pioneer in helping start Bona Vista in Kokomo. He was a veteran serving in the U. S. Army.
In 1970, Larry married Trudy Freeze in Kokomo. They had no children. He lost his wife in 1998 and continued living in the family home with his dog. Complications from diabetes caused his death in April 1999. He collapsed at the Walton Post Office and died at the hospital in Logansport. Larry was 56 years old and is buried in Walton IOOF Cemetery.
