Margorietta L. Rice, 84, of Colona, died Monday, April 19, 2010, at Trinity Rock Island.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 24, at Schroder Mortuary, Colona. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. Memorials may be made to the family.
She was born April 27, 1925, in Sisseton, S.D., to Marvin and Susan Harn Wilson. She married Froy Rice June 6, 1943. He died in 1984.
She worked at Kmart for 25 years as a personnel manager.
She enjoyed quilting and crafts and loved playing dominoes with her friends. She was a member of Grace Community Church of the Nazarene in Colona.
Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Long, Annette (Terry) Holmes, Linda Rice, Susan Carroll and Debra (Ronald) Raines; brothers, Richard (Glenda) Wilson, Everett (Jessie) Wilson and Marvin Wilson; sister, Betty Lee; 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren.
