Convict No. 3300. Former saddler and soldier, convicted on 9 October 1852, in Barbados, to a 14 year sentence for mutinous conduct in Barbados. Arrived in Fremantle on the 23 May 1855 aboard the ship "Stag". He was granted his 'Ticket of leave' on the 9 January 1857 and given his 'Certificate of Freedom' on the 29 June 1869.

Robert was a widower, prior to conviction, leaving one child.
