Fred M. Peters, 62, of Brookston, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at his home. He was born January 6, 1957 in Mt. Carmel, IL to Oscar J. and Irene M. (Dunkel) Peters.
Fred was a 1975 graduate of Mt. Carmel High School. After high School, he attended both Wabash Valley Jr. College and Texas Tech University.
He married Tracy Newberry on June 27, 1987, and she survives.
Surviving with his wife, Tracy, are their children, Spencer (Olivia) Peters and Abby Peters, his siblings, Jo Ann (Tom) Kieffer, Nick (Dee) Peters, Jim Peters, Linda (Jack) Sutton, Annette (Brad) Weems, and his mother-in-law, Linda Newberry.
Preceding him in death along with his parents is an infant brother, Don Peters.
