Visitation will be held from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at the Eldora United Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 29, 2019, at the church. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens.
Steven is survived by his wife Janice Piper; his son Nicholas Piper; daughter Nanette Piper Knight and granddaughter.
