She is survived by her mother, Frances I. Nielsen; daughter, Rhonda (Jeffrey) Haber of Marion, Wisconsin; two grandchildren, Alyssa Haber and Casey Schatzke both of Marion. She is further survived by her three sisters, Sally I. Lane and Peggy S. Egan of Oshkosh and Cathy D. Stewart of Pickett, Wisconsin; brother, Robert M. Nielsen of Apple Valley, Minnesota and beloved partner, James DeLap.
Memorial service for Barbara will take place at 5:30 PM on Monday, April 2, 2012 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2828 Scenic Drive, Oshkosh with Bishop Robert Rhodes officiating. The family will greet friends at church on Monday from 3:00 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
