Cliff Cosper, 77, a lifelong Arizonan who was among the first ranchers in the Blue River area, died Friday at John C. Lincoln Hospital.
Mr. Cosper, 3623 E. Willow, is survived by his wife, Mauricia; sons, Carol R. and Clifton G.; three brothers; and two sisters.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden, Scottsdale.
