Residence: Blue, Arizona. At the time of her death, 6:00 P.M., July 17, 1928, she was age 42 years. Cause of Death: unknown. Informant for Certificate: J.H.T. Cosper, Blue, Arizona. Removal of remains July 18, 1928 to Holbrook, Arizona.
NOTE: The Arizona Department of Health Index to this Death Certificate shows her birth place as Magdaluce, Mexico. However, the Death Certificate appears to show a letter "N" (for "New") that precedes "Mex". Also, both of her parents are from Alabama, and that appears to rule out her having been born in Mexico. Internet searches for Magdaluce, Mexico and Magduluce, New Mexico has failed to find such a location. Analytical deduction favors her birth state as New Mexico. "Magdaluce" can not be found by internet searching. It is possible that "Magdaluce" is an error for "Magdalena", a city in Socorro County, New Mexico
