For J. Herbert Frideger
CHATTAROY, Wash., April 17, - Funeral services for J. Herbert Frideger, who died Wednesday at his home near Milan, were held in the Chattaroy Congregational church today.
He was one of the few remaining pioneers of this vicinity, having come with his parents to the present site of Chattaroy in November, 18988.
He had resided at the present farm home near Milan for 51 years,. Many friends assisted the couple in the celebration of their golden wedding, December, 1946. He is survived by his widow, Loretta, at the home, and his sister, Mrs. Amanda Hunt, at Elk. Interment was in the Chattaroy cemetery.
