Abraham Brindle, a life-long resident of Miles Township, died at his home in Smullton on Sunday, July 3rd, at the age of sixty-six years.
The wife of the deceased was Mary Winters, who with two sons, William and John, both of the state of Indiana, and two daughters, Mrs. Elmer Smith, of Feidler, and Elizabeth, at home, survived him.
Interment was made in the Rebersburg Cemetery Tuesday of last week with the Reverend H. C. Bixler, of the Lutheran Church, officiating.

DIED AT SMULLTON.—The death of Abram Brindle, one of the oldest and most respected residents of Smullton, occurred at his home there on Sunday, July 3rd, at the age of 67 years.
Mr. Brindle was a very worthy citizen of that community and was survived by his widow and the following children: Wm. and John, of Francesville, Indiana; Elizabeth at home, and Mrs Perry Smith, of Fiedler.
Funeral services were held at Rebersburg with the Reverend H. C. Bixler officially.
