The road was accepted by the Town in 1762 and is now called Hall’s Road. The County Road from Ashburnham, Worcester County, Massachusetts, USA; to Fitzwilliam, Cheshire County, New Hampshire, USA; also bisected the property, was accepted in 1784 and is now named Ash Street. The house which still stands was built at the corner of Hall Street and Ash Street.
