George was born on Feb. 4, 1933, in St. Johnsbury, Vt., son to the late Frank Chandler and Lola Ellen (Kirkpatrick) Bullock. He grew up in Waterford and graduated from the St. Johnsbury Academy in the Class of 1951. George was a dairy farmer and a longtime member of the Union Baptist Church (over 55 years), and served in various ministries including Deacon. In the community he served on multiple organizations such as Yankee Farm Credit, ASCS and the DHIA. For over 60 years in various positions he acted as the Fire Warden in Waterford, as Lister, Selectman, Tree Warden, Planning Board Member and served on the Development Review Board. He loved the Town of Waterford and did his best to make it better.
He is survived by his beloved wife of over 58 years, Linda Mae; three sons and his daughter; a brother and two sisters. He was predeceased by his siblings: Fred Bullock, Lina Powers, Henry Bullock and Gwen Lorenzen.
Burial at the Riverside Cemetery in Waterford.
