Haughton, LA – Funeral services for Warren G. Livingston will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. Gevan Spinney, assisted by Pastor Stephen Forrest. Interment will follow at Haughton Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m.
Warren was born October 25, 1920 in Vernon, AL and passed away in Bossier city, LA May 30, 2019. She was a retired Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service in Haughton. Warren was a member of First Baptist Church of Haughton and a member of the Faithfull Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Meek S. Livingston, Sr. and Evelyn Hankins Livingston; husband, M.S. Livingston, Jr.; two sons, Billy Livingston and Kenny Livingston; four grandchildren one great-grandchild; seven brothers and eight sisters.
Warren is survived by her children, Barbara Adams of Haughton, LA, Jerry Livingston and wife, Evelyn of Springhill, LA, Allen Livingston and wife, Linda of Haughton, LA, Teresa Currie of Lufkin, TX and Micki Paulette and husband, David of Lufkin, TX; sister, Patricia Yount of Marshall, TX; 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 21 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is also leaves behind her special friends Yvonne Thompson and Debbie Lindner, both of Haughton, LA.
Honoring Warren as pallbearers will be, Caleb Forrest, Warren Bailey, Mike Livingston, Peyton Paulette, Amanda McCoslin, MaKenna McCoslin and Lewis McCrary.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Haughton Building Fund.
