Jacob Huber was one of nine children born to John and Margaret Huber of Earl Township, Lancaster County, PA.
He married Barbara Myer, daughter of Vincent Myer (originally spelled as Vincens Mayer) and Anna Huber Myer of Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA.
They were the parents of:
John married Catharine Cline. 10 children.
Samuel married Anna Huber. 7 children.
Mary married Fred Cline. No children.
Anna married Daniel Miller. 15 children.
Salome married Martin Garber. 7 children.
Jacob was a farmer. Faith: Mennonite. He is buried on the property of the Hoover homestead ( Hoover family cemetery) near Timberville.
