Leila P. Heap, age 83, passed away November 16, 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born June 9, 1910 in Kanarraville, Utah to John William Platt and Mary W. Barry Platt. Married Ora Libert Heap January 26, 1938 and later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, January 9, 1959.

She loved her husband and stood by him in his last days. She loved her family and friends very much.

Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Gayle (Helen), West Valley City; Vernon (Lynda), California; Lee (Doreen), Brigham City; Lysle (Suzanne), Washington; Faron (Sherrie), Bountiful; 22 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 20, 1993, 12 noon, at the Salt Lake 26th Ward, 700 South 1000 West. Friends may call Friday, November 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, and one hour prior to services at the church.

Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
