Berryhill (b. ~1810 Charlotte, Mecklenburg Co, NC) married 15 May 1832 in Mecklenburg Co, NC to Margaret Elizabeth Rea (b. 8 Oct 1816 Charlotte, Mecklenburg Co, NC).
