Elsie was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Elsie was a passionate gardener and avid reader. She loved to cook, and to play cards. One of her most favorite things to do in Arizona was to tube down the Salt River with her many friends and family. She also loved putting puzzles together. Most of all Elsie loved visiting and laughing with everyone she knew. She is survived by her sister Neva Horton, 1 daughter, 1 son.
