My name is Kal Perry.
Find A Grave memorials are not meant to be extensive family histories. An obituary or a short biography will be sufficient. Find A Grave can be a great genealogy resource but let's not forget the MAIN PURPOSE is to document the burial sites of our loved ones. A grave may be the only surviving evidence of someone's life. A memorial on findagrave is a fitting place to honor their memory.
I am a strict believer in data accuracy. As a volunteer on findagrave, I take the responsibility seriously - as should everyone. We are "keepers of the data" - anything posted behaves like history. Let's all agree to NOT make fact out of fiction. Be very careful, and double-check your entry. I welcome any corrections to data I have entered.
I try to verify all suggested edits, and I may ask for your sources. Too many trees are undocumented. If your only source is a tree that doesn't show evidence, you do not have much that can be established as fact.
You have permission to use any photographs from my postings. Please document "findagrave" as the source of your photo.
