Clifton Springs: Age 91 formerly of Clifton Springs, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2014 at the Lifepath Hospice in Ruskin, FL.
A celebration of Irene's life will be held in late Spring. A notice will be placed when date is determined.
Irene was born June 17, 1922 in Clifton Springs, NY the daughter of the late Camiel and Angeline Raes. Most recently Irene lived in Brandon, FL. Irene was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.
Irene will be sadly missed by her children, Robert (Edith) Douglas, John (Sue) Douglas, and Lorraine (Greg) Martin; grandchildren, Robert Douglas, Christine Douglas Yost, and Leslie Martin Belmares; great grandchildren, Robert Yost, Jessica Yost and Carlos Belmares; brother, Clarence Raes.
Irene is predeceased by her husband, Robert F. Douglas; six brothers and sisters.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.A. Patrick Funeral Home, Clifton Springs, New York.
