Henry Elmer Beard β Age 80 of Nashville, TN. May 10, 2019. A native of Williamson County and a long time resident of Nashville, he was a member of Tusculum Church of Christ. He retired from Yellow Freight with 30 years of service and worked for Anderson Bros. Sinclair Service Station on Nolensville Road.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty C. Beard; sister, Ruby Salzman; brothers, Stan Beard & Sam Beard Preceded in death by wife, Betty C. Beard. Survived by daughters, Nancy (Tony Dyer) Williams and Judy (David Henderson) Bourdon; sons, Jeff Beard and Michael (DeAnne) Beard; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Hyscher & Louise Kennedy; & brother, Bill Beard.
Visitation will be Monday, May 13, 2019 from 11 a.m. β 2 p.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, HICKORY CHAPEL, 5852 Nolensville Road, with services to follow at 2:00 p.m.
Interment Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
