Born in Spartanburg, SC on April 6, 1962, a son of Jerry Doyle Foster (1940–1995) and Nancy Cobb Foster (1939–2019); husband of Donna (Gregory) Foster.
Worked as a regional manager at LKN Distributors, was former owner and operator of Foster's Insulation, and attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
A former president of the Association of Beach and Shag Club D.J.'s, a board member of R & B Shag Club, and a founding member of the Upstate Shag Club.
Also survived by a daughter, Brooke Iskra Moon; son, Josh Large; sister, Kim Foster; five grandchildren.
