Bobby Maxwell Ware went to be with his Heavenly Father Friday, May 3, 2019, after a lengthy illness. He was born at Ware's Chapel, AR, on November 5, 1936, to the late Raleigh and Nannie Mae Hickman Ware.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Mary Bethe Ware; one son, Gary Ware and wife Tina of Shreveport, LA; three daughters, Sissy Estep and husband Charlie, Renee McCurry and husband Tim, both of Haynesville, LA; Denise Butler and husband Bobby of Homer, LA, He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, Crystal Ware, Dr. Misty Crump and husband Stacy, Justin Ware, Lacy Youngblood, Michael Estep and wife Nikki, Jarrod Ware wife Callie, Whitney Roden, and husband Chad, Clayton Estep, Madison Butler, Millicent Butler, Mia Butler, and twelve great grand children. He is survived by three brothers, Prentice Ware and wife Sue of Marshall, TX, Bill Ware and wife Lola of Orangevale, CA, and Carroll Ware and wife Celeste of Mooringsport, LA.
Bobby was raised in the Baptist Church and was an active member throughout his adult life. He enjoyed helping with the youth minister, the bus minister, and served as a deacon until his current illness. He also served his country by joining the Navy reserves as a young man. Bobby is also a U.S. Postal Office Retiree.
In 1957, he joined his first Masonic Lodge in Shreveport, LA. In 2019, he was awarded a 60 year membership award from the Grand Lodge of Louisiana. Over the years he has lead and served numerous offices in the Masonic Lodge, such as Junior deacon, Senior deacon, Master of the Lodge, and Secretary of the Millerton Lodge #245 F and A.M.in Haynesville, LA, for over 15years. He also held many positions in the 2nd Masonic District which included, DDGM. He was also a Royal Arch Mason, a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason and a Shriner with El Karubah Shrine Temple in Shreveport, LA. He was very proud to be a Shriner and support this cause and help young people.
