Sandra K. Schmidt, 62, of Smyrna TN went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father, James D. Schmidt.

Survived by her mother, Rosetta Schmidt, siblings, Jackie Turner, Vernon Schmidt and James W. Schmidt (Angie), Nieces, Nephew, Great Nieces, Great Nephew and cousins.

Sandy was born in E. St. Louis IL and resided in Caseyville, IL until 1972. Then moving to Smyrna, TN graduated from Smyrna High School in 1975. She worked for Trinidad-Behnam in LaVergne, TN (formerly Arrow Industries) as a Quality Assurance Lead for 36 years.

A graveside service will be held at Mapleview Cemetery in Smyrna, Saturday, May 4 at 1 p.m. Pastor Tony Clemons of Smyrna Church of the Nazarene will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
