Roger Eugene Page was born on June 20, 1945 to Leslie N. and Doris (Rogers) Page on a farm north of Turtle Lake, ND. He was raised on a farm 12 miles east of Washburn and attended a country school in that area until the fourth grade. He then attended school in Washburn. He later attended the State School of Science in Wahpeton for Mechanics.
Roger was a lifelong truck driver. Most recently, he drove truck for Dakota Drug.
Roger’s enjoyed fishing, traveling, boating, hunting, camping, playing card games, and loved going to Bingo and the truck stop for coffee. He was a jokester and the nickname he was given by his granddaughter, Katelyn, was Stinky.
Roger is survived by his son, David (Lynette) Baker, Minnesota; daughter, Kimberly (David) Graham, Minot; brother, Robert (Carolyn) Page, Hayes, VA; sisters, Wanda Giedd, Washburn, ND, Sandy Shaffer, Henderson, NV, and Pam (Gary) Schlenker, Laurel, MT; grandchildren, Katelynn Spencer, Treh Baker, and James Schad; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Doris Page; brothers, Gary Page and Alan Page; grandson, David Lee Graham, Jr.; and numerous aunts and uncles.
