Brian Keith Ayers, 57, of Dumont, Iowa, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019, at his home in Dumont. He was born September 14, 1961, in Hampton, Iowa, the son of Kenneth and Sheryl (Hansen) Ayers.

Brian graduated from Dumont High School. He was saved on February 23, 1974, while attending meetings at Gospel Hall. Brian was united in marriage to Lori Overland on July 14, 2007, in Mount Vernon, Iowa. He was a member of the Second Chance Motorcycle Club and was affiliated with the Calvary Baptist Church in Greene. Brian enjoyed classic cars, Chevy trucks, Harley Davidson motorcycles and collecting old garden tractors. He could rebuild anything with a motor and was a talented body man, as well. Brian enjoyed picking on his nieces and nephew and loved spending time with his family and his beloved Malamutes.

Brian is survived by his wife Lori Ayers of Dumont, parents Kenneth and Sheryl Ayers of Bristow, brother Jamey Ayers of Bristow, nephew Dustin (Anna) Ayers of Round Rock, Texas, nieces Kendra Howey of Meservey, Bailey Ayers of Ventura, Kalen Ayers of Ventura, Ava Ayers of Bristow, Ahna Ayers of Bristow, Lea Ayers of Bristow, Lexus Ayers of Bristow, great nephews Connor, Knox and Grant Ayers of Round Rock, Texas, sister-in-law Connie Ayers of Round Rock, Texas, stepdaughter Kaitlyn Overland of Mason City, stepson Arren (Miranda) Overland of Mason City, father-in-law and mother-in-law Lawrence and Judith Crooks of Rockwell.

He was preceded in death by his son Brandon Ayers, brother David Ayers, sister Tami Howey, paternal and maternal grandparents.
