Patent trader - Thursday, Sept. 12, 1968: - YORKTOWN - Nicholas Sales, 53, died suddenly Monday, at his home at 2503 Country Lane. He was a school bus driver and a resident of Yorktown for the past 12 years. He was the husband of Anna Daretta Sales and the father of two sons, Mr. Sales' civic and religious activities included membership in the Mahopac chapter of the Knights of Columbus and St. Patrick Church and the Foster Parents Association in Yorktown. The son of Michael and Olympia Ferrara Sales, he was born in the Bronx June 26, 1915. Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Nicholas Jr. and Nelson Sales, both of Yorktown; two brothers, Frank and Joseph of the Bronx and three grandchildren. A requiem mass will be offered at St. Patrick's Friday at 10 a.m. with burial to be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
